The consultant haematologist/oncologist must discuss the need for glucarpidase treatment with the National Poisons Information Service (NPIS) 0344 892 0111.
Once agreed that treatment is necessary the requesting Trust should follow SOP WDA 1.20, section 6, to order glucarpidase from Movianto.
