Where the SPPG has specified that the use of a particular treatment may be subject to a Cost-per-Case (CPC), clinicians should submit a CPC request form to cpc@hscni.net.
CPC requests are usually reviewed by the CPC Panel on a weekly basis in order to provide decisions in a timely manner. These decisions are typically communicated within 5 days of the relevant CPC Panel meeting.
